Our goal for this project was to promote the Palmwine Diaries Vol. 1 EP, all whilst embracing the heart and soul of Ghana in every detail. From the bar stage set up to outdoor palmwine bars to beautifully crafted drums and benches, the team poured their passion into keeping it authentically Ghanaian.
- A Press Run & Guest Appearances
To amplify the conversation of the Grammy nominated Producer Juls EP, Palmwine Diaries Vol.1 we put together a comprehensive PR plan aimed at maximizing reach on the conversation of the sound of Ghana through TV & Radio Interviews. We also partnered with a few great establishments to host appearances to allow him to connect intimately with his fanbase.
- Listening Experience
- The Music Lab:
We curated a Palmwine Hut that served the purpose of a bar and sound lab featuring a band and authentic Ghanaian instruments and artifacts that have shaped the highlife sound. Guests couldinteract with skilled musicians from the band, drink from calabashes and experiment with bongo drums.
- Celebration of Ghanaian Music: Decoding the Sound of Ghana: We put together a panel alongside music experts and Juls to explore the cultural roots and global influence of the highlife genre.
- We celebrated Ghanaian music and his new EP giving off a sense of “Enjoyment”
